This system is constructed based on high-resolution machine vision technology and adopts an intelligent algorithm integration scheme. It can achieve full-width online detection of surface defects on continuous running sheet materials, strip materials and sheet materials. The system has the following technical features:

(1)Dynamic detection capability: Supports defect identification in high-speed production lines.

(2)Modular architecture design: Based on the material width, production line speed, and defect characteristic dimensions, multiple camera array combinations can be configured.

(3)Online quality monitoring: Integrates an audio-visual alarm system, real-time quality reports, and production line linkage module to achieve production line linkage functions such as detection and alarm.


The surface quality inspection system is an effective tool that can help users improve the quality of their product production. This system can be set to the required detection accuracy according to the customer's needs, and each defect level can be evaluated based on its size and characteristics. All

the detected defect data, such as defect images, size dimensions, and location defect information, can be stored and displayed.


This system utilizes advanced database management capabilities to provide comprehensive quality control assistance for the production process. Its core functional modules include:

Quality data statistics-Realize the recording of defect location information for each roll of material (including parameters such as defect size and coordinate position)

SIMV REPORT-Support the configuration of report templates according to customer requirements (standard default classic interface)

Quality Analysis Report (including defect map)

The online inspection of the surface quality of the plates detects any defects. When a defect is found, an audible and visual alarm is triggered according to the system settings. The system is capable of detecting and handling multiple defects.

The software's database management function enables the collection of quality statistics for each piece of material produced. Detailed defect records (size and location) are available,facilitating adjustments to the production process and equipment status. This makes it
convenient for timely analysis and is used for subsequent cutting and quality management, effectively ensuring product quality.

System interconnection. When the system detects a defect point, it will trigger an audible and visual alarm. Additionally, other I/O outputs can be incorporated into the system.

The system has a remote viewing function, allowing for the remote retrieval of the detection   data and records from the on-site machines. (The workshop must have internet connectivity.)

When each sheet of material is inspected, a corresponding ID number will be generated and sent to the laser printer, facilitating subsequent quality inspection and traceability.
