This system is constructed based on high-resolution machine vision technology and adopts an intelligent algorithm integration scheme. The surface quality inspection system is an effective tool that can help users improve the quality of their product production. This system can be set to the required detection accuracy according to the customer's needs, and each defect level can be evaluated based on its size and characteristics. All
the detected defect data, such as defect images, size dimensions, and location defect information, can be stored and displayed.
